The Converter Wizard is obtainable by a Promotion or through the Atom Fusion building. It has the ability to convert enemy units into allies. A rune will show up below the enemy and will be colored purple. This only works for a few seconds and will show a red circle under the enemy. This indicates that this unit cannot be converted again.
